The handoff is often the problem

Teams divide work to make it manageable. That division is useful, but it can also make the seams invisible. A strategy can be correct and still fail in the interface. A thoughtful design can lose its intent in implementation.

Working across those boundaries does not mean doing everything alone. It means staying responsible for the connections.

Range needs a point of view
