Designing for consequential decisions
Financial interfaces carry a particular responsibility: complexity cannot simply be removed, but it can be ordered. The product experience was reshaped around the decisions users needed to make, with risk and state made visible at the right moment.
A system, not a collection of screens
Reusable patterns gave the platform consistency while leaving room for different financial operations and levels of information density.
